Rico Brand Food


The Student Consulting Program through Westminster College paired me with the local business, Rico Products. I am responsible for establishing an integrated marketing campaign through extensive market research both in the company and in the target audience, which will successfully reach the clientele. The plan includes an interactive mobile component that brings the aspect of cooking and recognizing ingredients to a more diverse and accessible level. This will extend my experience in hard marketing skills, consulting skills, and ability to create and present a successful strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis of the campaign.
